Van Raalte Flextop Flat Knit RHT Stocking

This true vintage stocking was in high demand back in the 1960's by women who demanded quality. Made popular by the distinctive teal colored hosiery box and the imprint of the 'Kitty' on the welt. When the clerk asked you what stocking you were looking for, it was easy to just say 'the one with the kitty!'. The style is 283 and these are a 30 denier flat knit RHT (reinforced heel and toe) stocking. The welt is pleated adding more uniqueness to the style. Made of 100% nylon, the flat knit weave imparts that nice sheen and silky soft feel vintage stockings are known for! The baby blue and white ink imprint of the kitty and verbage on the welt is exquisite! These are highly sought out by collectors. Color swatch coming soon.
