Berkshire 154 RHT Stocking Bonus Pair Box

Description Stocking Showcase is proud to offer one of the rarest finds in hosiery from the Berkshire Hosiery division. To increase sales Berkshire introduced a 4th pair of stockings to a 3 pair box. By cleverly wrapping the 4th pair in pink tissue (as opposed to the white/gold tissue) the buyer was made aware it was a 'Bonus' (free fourth pair). And the small pink dot at the edge of the box alerted the store it was the bonus box. In this box are four pairs of our pn A540 Berkshire ultrasheer 15 denier, flat knit RHT stockings in size 11 medium in the color 'frolic'. Being very sheer, it will appear more like a 'light suntan' shade. The 15 denier flat knit nylon has no stretch which imparts a silky smooth feel and gives that nice 'sheen' when worn. Still banded and untouched for over 50 years, in mint condition. Price is for all four pairs with original box as shown in the photos.
