You may return an item within 30 days of the date you received them.
If for any reason you want to return any item, contact us first by telephone or email. We do use RMA numbers. A live person will assist you and answer any questions about returns.
Due to strict health and sanitation codes we cannot take back any hosiery that has been worn or removed from its original package. No exceptions. Garter belts may be returned if not damaged, straps are not pinched or damaged and are free from odors. We will carefully inspect every return! All items that are returned must be in the same condition and original packaging as they were received. All tags must be intact. You are responsible for the cost of postage to ship the item(s) to us for refund. The initial shipping cost (to you when the purchase was made) is NOT refundable. If you received free shipping as part of our promotion, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Contact us by phone or email. We need to identify your order number and assign an RMA number. 2. Carefully pack the product in a mailer and affix a return address label so we may identify you. 3. Enclose a note indicating any pertinent information (do you want a refund?). We will process your refund within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s) from you. We will email you when we have processed your refund. Allow up to ten days for a credit card refund to be processed and payment to 'settle'. Paypal refunds do not have delays. Funds are available to you the same day we refund them.
