XL Tall Girl Mesh RHT Stocking w/Stretch Welt

Tall Girl is the name given to the style of extra long stockings that were made and were very popular when miniskirts were the rage in the 1960's. The shorter skirts created a need for the stocking to come up another 5 to 6 inches so the garter would not show (below the miniskirt). We measured this style and the average length is 38 inches (or more) long. They are ultra sheer 15 denier (non stretch) nylon leg in what we refer to as a ‘mesh weave’. When worn, they have a nice matte appearance (not shiny). We estimate a slender gal at a height of 5'7" wears 34 to 35 inch lengths. We recommend this style if you are 5'10" or taller or like the stocking to come 'high up' on the leg when worn. RN 30451. This style has a Banlon stretch welt. Price will vary with size.
