I want to compliment you on your excellent service. I received my order today, and was very happy with the merchandise as well as the packaging. I was impressed at the tissue wrap, box and the note included. It certainly made me feel like I had just received an item from an exclusive boutique. It is not often you get such quality service from a mail order company (and I do a lot of mail order shopping). Usually, what I receive is a beat up plastic bag, with an item all wadded up and thrown in. I also appreciated the email letting me know that one of my items was back ordered and the personalized approach to the email. Kudos to your company, and a well done job.

As usual your product was superior. The pantyhose with the dark toe and heel is just super. Only a person who enjoys nylon stockings can appreciate this style. I find it so absolutely fascinating that there are other people that enjoy stockings in the same way that I do. I JUST got online to order more from you so delighted to see your reply. You should see an order for 2 more of those fabulous 8-strap belts, they're a deal maker - my wife is FAR more inclined to wear one when it doesn't fall down and actually keeps the stockings up and I'm far happier when that's the case. Despite being an 8-strap (which we had thought would be a hassle) the quality of the metal clips means fastening even fairly thick stockings to them is quick and secure making the garter belt easier and faster to use than a poorer quality 4-strap one. Keep up the great work!
