Trimlyn Silky RHT Stocking with Chevron Welt

Here is another fine example of a very shiny, silky vintage nylon. When searching for the silkiest, you will find that either the nylon is a fine gauge or the nylon itself has the 'unique properties' for the super smooth feel. We feel this is the latter. In addition, these are probably lanolin treated as well. At 15 denier, these are ultrasheer and very delicate. The welt has a ‘chevron’ zig-zag pattern which is unique. When gartered, the welt will extend when you bend keeping uniform tension on the stocking. This extends the life of the stocking. To our knowledge, Berkshire is one of the few other brands to have this feature. The underwelt has a nice diamond pattern woven around it. Size 10 1/2 and 11 Long is about 35 inches in length.
